If I can't make a lesson, what is the makeup policy?

Our Student Absence & Make-Up Lessons policy is as follows:

If a student must be absent from their lesson, BSM permits 4 lessons per school year to be made-up as long as 24-hour notice is given. Notice must be given through the online BSM student account, where students can cancel lessons and schedule make-ups. Makeup lessons must be scheduled before the end of our current school year. Any make-up lessons not scheduled in that timeframe will be forfeited. The ability to reschedule a lesson is not guaranteed and is contingent upon the teacher’s availability.
